THE PAVILIONS

These two pavilions are perfect for weddings, birthday parties, family gatherings, corporate gatherings, and other special events. Nestled in the Walnut Grove of Crane Orchards there couldn’t be a more beautiful location. Use your imagination to make it your special day.

Both pavilions feature a cement pad floor and plenty of parking surrounding the area. Each pavilion is 30′ x 40′ – plenty of room to host small to large crowds between May through August.

We have 6 high top family style bar tables, and a bar made out of pallets also for rent $300 for all.

Requirements

• Renter must be at least 21 years of age.

• Crane Orchards requires at least a 2-day notice for all pavilion rentals.

• Event setup and guest arrival allowed only after rental fees have been paid in full.

• Pavilion rentals can be made in person or by telephone.

• Requires a licensed bartender (if serving alcohol)

• Crane Orchards ask renters to acquire a homeowners policy for the day of event to protect personal liabilities.

• $2000 / per day rental fee

• Renters will be responsible for supplying tables and chairs. You are welcome to rent a tent which goes nicely by the pavilions.

• We do offer a pallet bar and six high top family style bar tables for $300.
